Project idea

Spire Property needed a system to manage listings, leads, lenders, and landlords in a centralized platform. Catapult was built as a SaaS solution to assist property companies in tracking inventory, tenants, and deals.

Project challenges

Managing mapping of property types, unit-level data, multi-agent dashboards, and third-party lender integration added complexity. The platform also had to be adaptable for internal use and external client deployments.

Proposed Solution

We developed modules for property listing, deal tracking, document upload, and lead-to-loan matching. Each property type and deal stage had its own workflow. Landlords and agents could access filtered dashboards.
