Job Description:

The Business Development Intern will gather, analyze, and document business requirements while collaborating with stakeholders to identify and address business needs. You will translate business requirements into functional specifications, conduct gap analysis, and feasibility studies. The role includes facilitating workshops and meetings with stakeholders, assisting in user acceptance testing and validation, monitoring project progress, and ensuring alignment with business goals. You will also prepare reports and deliverables for stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and connect with potential clients via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach, and business networking groups (BNI, forums, etc.).
  • Research target industries, decision-makers, and company profiles.
  • Draft personalized outreach messages and follow-ups to generate interest.
  • Build strong professional relationships with CXOs, founders, and business leaders.
  • Represent BizBrolly in online business communities and local networking events.
  • Maintain engagement records on CRM tools or Excel trackers.
  • Assist in creating email marketing campaigns and LinkedIn content calendars.
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine pitch decks, proposals, and presentation materials.
  • Coordinate with delivery teams to understand service offerings deeply.
  • Research competitor strategies, new market trends, and technology verticals.
  • Suggest opportunities for SaaS partnerships and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — a people person.

  • Self-driven, persuasive, and passionate about growth and technology.
  • Comfortable with basic CRM tools, Excel, and online outreach.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Business, Marketing, or IT-related field.
