This platform is a one stop shop solution for trucking industry in Canada. The users get access to trucking service providers, trucking events and open jobs as posted by the companies. The users can select the relevant category to access relevant content on the apps and the website.

Job portal

The users can browse the latest jobs and can either apply to jobs or save those for later. The users can create and maintain their profile online. Post their application, users can track the status of their job application.

Location based search

The mobile applications shows results to the users based on their current location. Once the users provide permission for location, all the results are sorted so that the nearest businesses/events are shown first to the users

Extra Features

Category & Keyword based Search, Google Search

The platform allows users to search the content based on category & Keywords. The applications also shows google search results seamlessly within the application

Admin portal

The admin portal is rich with features such as manage business listing, manage job listings, manage events etc.

Technologies

The project has Mobile app to WordPress integration as the website works on WordPress. The Google places API is integrated so that the results can be filtered on the basis of user’s location. The Android app is built on Android SDK, Java. The iPhone app is built on iOS SDK & Objective C.
